Top Navigation and Maps Apps in Slovakia Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps apps in Slovakia showcased varied performance trends. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps demonstrated distinct patterns in downloads and active user engagement.

Google Maps experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting at about 3.2K and experiencing a decrease towards the end of the quarter, settling around 2.2K. The app maintained a strong base of weekly active users, ranging from 1.5M to 1.7M throughout the period.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 2.9K in early March. Active user numbers also rose steadily, reaching over 215K by mid-March.

Mapy.com: Bike & Hiking Trails displayed a varied trend in weekly revenue, starting the quarter at $4.3K and fluctuating to end at around $2.4K. Downloads increased significantly toward the end of the quarter, reaching 3.2K, while active users saw a decrease from 196K to 115K.

Google Earth maintained a stable download rate, averaging around 1.2K weekly. Active users showed a slight increase, with numbers moving from 8.3K to just under 10K by the quarter's end.

vintrica Mobility experienced a dramatic decline in downloads, starting at over 2K and dropping to below 300 by the end of March. Active users, however, remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 8.5K and 10K.
